Shipping conditions
1. General information about shipping
We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is handled by DHL and processing time is usually 1 working day.
2. Shipping costs & delivery options
Standard shipping within Germany: Costs 3.30€ – Delivery time approx. 1- 3 working days
Shipping within the EU: Costs 8,99 € – Delivery time approx. 2-5 working days
Free shipping: For orders over € 25 within Germany.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:
Shipping: approx. 1-3 working days
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Delays due to external factors (e.g. customs clearance) are beyond our control.
4. Shipping restrictions
We currently deliver within EU countries.
5. Shipment tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.
6. Damaged or lost orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@orafino.de.
Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can find a solution.
Lost parcels: If your order has not arrived after 7 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement delivery or refund if necessary.
7. Returns & complaints
Returns are possible within 30 days. Please contact us in advance at info@orafino.de to register a return.
You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
