Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is carried out depending on the order value and in compliance with the highest security standards. 

Orders up to a value of €500 are reliably shipped via DHL. 

Delivery to parcel lockers (Packstations) is excluded. 

For orders up to €1,000, we reserve the right to split the shipment – if the goods are divisible – into multiple DHL parcels. In such cases, shipments may be dispatched on consecutive business days to ensure additional security. 

For orders exceeding €1,000, shipping is carried out via a specialized valuables transport provider. Delivery will be coordinated individually with you to ensure a secure and personal handover.
